About Us

Fallows & Company was established in 1997 and our offices are situated adjacent to the river Thames in Surbiton. The firm’s principal is Guy Fallows and he is supported by a small but select team of professional staff, dedicated to meeting the needs of all the firm's clients. We pride ourselves on the speed, quality and attentiveness of our very personal service. 

Guy Fallows - Principal Guy is the key contact for the majority of clients and has considerable experience, accumulated over 20 years, of advising owner-managed businesses covering a wide range of trades and professions. He is married to Lisa and has two children. Contact Guy Fallows 

Valerie Smith – Client Manager Valerie joined us in January 2007. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in both the accountancy profession and commerce. She has 2 teenage children and keeps active by gardening, walking & ice-skating. Contact Valerie Smith

Sarfraz Fayyaz - Client Manager (Designate) Sarfraz joined the team in August 2009. He is qualified both as a chartered accountant and as a chartered certified accountant. His previous experience includes 3 years with a small practice in North East London and, most recently, 2 years with a top-10 City-based practice. Sarfraz is broadly focussed on the compliance, audit and technical aspects of client service and he has experience across a number of sectors including retail, property and not for profit. Glenda Mogg - Practice Manager Glenda joined the team in May 2006. She is friendly and helpful and will speedily resolve any administrative queries that you may have. Glenda works closely with Guy, arranging appointments and generally managing his diary. Her interests outside of work include eating out, travelling and keeping fit chasing after her three young grandchildren. Contact Glenda Mogg 

Lisa Fallows - Bookkeeper Lisa has looked after the day to day finances of Fallows & Company since 2004. As well as keeping our accounting records up-to-date she is also responsible for the firm's credit control. You have been warned! Outside work when Lisa is not keeping Guy and their two children in check she enjoys going to the gym and reading. Contact Lisa Fallows

Suzanne Tang - Accounts Assistant Suzanne joined Fallows & Company in March 2008. She completed a Master's degree in International Finance in September 2007 at Kingston University. Suzanne prepares accounts and tax computations for our business clients and she is currently studying for an accountancy qualification.
